Dan has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Polished Metals since it was acquired by Sky Island Capital in February 2020. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Indiana. Prior to working at Polished Metals, Dan spent fifteen years at Esmark Steel Group (ESG) in various capacities, serving as CFO for his last two years with the company. Prior to May 2010, ESG operated as Northern Steel Group, (NSG a division of Severstal). Prior to August 2008, NSG operated as Esmark Steel Services (a division of Esmark).
